What is a Group Registration?

Group Registration is applicable for schools registering for 4 students and above (with a complimentary pass for 1 group co-ordinator) to enjoy the special group rate.

Will I be able to cancel my registration after signing up?

We encourage you to make all necessary arrangements to ensure that your school timetable is clear for Base Camp. There will be no refunds* for cancellations.  

Requests for transfer of registration will be accepted until 14 days before the start of the Base Camp (i.e. Fri, 8 Oct 2021). Please inform us at [email protected]

*The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the camp due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort, however, will be made to inform participants as soon as possible of the change. For cancellation of camp by the Organiser, fees will be refunded in full.  

How will I receive the Base Camp Kits? 

The Conference Kits will be sent to your school prior to the Conference. As the group coordinator, please ensure that you have provided the necessary information required for the delivery of the Kits. The Kits will be delivered 1 week before the camp.

I am ready to register. How do I make payment? 

Please indicate if you would prefer for the Organiser to send an invoice to the group coordinator via email or to e-invoice the school/community group. All fees are charged in Singapore Dollars.
