What is a Group Registration?

Group Registration is applicable for churches registering for 5 youths and above. If you are a participating church, you would have received the Group Registration instructions by now.

For churches who are interested to participate in future runs of Encounter by FamChamps x Elijah7000, we invite you to fill in the interest list to receive early updates on subsequent runs.

Will I be able to cancel my registration after signing up? 

We encourage all participants to make all necessary arrangements to ensure that their schedules are clear for Encounter by FamChamps x Elijah7000. There will be no refunds* for cancellations.

Requests for transfer of registration will be accepted until 14 days before the start of the Encounter by FamChamps x Elijah7000 (i.e. Thu, 28 Nov 2024). Please inform us at [email protected].

*The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the camp due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort, however, will be made to inform students as soon as possible of the change. For cancellation of camp by the Organiser, fees will be refunded in full.  

Some youths have special dietary requirements. What are the F&B provisions for them? 

For dietary requirements such as food and medical allergies, please indicate clearly on the Registration Form so that the Organiser may look into it accordingly. 

What items do campers need to bring for the camp? 

A packing list will be provided after registration is confirmed. 

I am ready to register. How do I make payment? 

Please indicate if you would prefer for the Organiser to send an invoice to the group coordinator via email or to e-invoice the church. All fees are charged in Singapore Dollars.
