A cultural and societal look at marriage that clarifies misconceptions and explores why strong marriages matter beyond the couple’s happiness. Participants will consider how marriage impacts individual wellbeing, child outcomes, and the wider community, and be challenged to see marriage not only as a private benefit, but a public good for a strong nation.

The session will also confront challenging realities: if marriage is so beneficial, why do couples choose divorce? What are the personal, societal, and generational consequences of marital breakdown?
