A day in Alicia's life is never dull, being a mum to 4 children aged 6 to 12 including twins, the Chief of Impact and Principal Counsellor at Focus on the Family Singapore. As she likes to quote, parenting is like a walk in the park - Jurassic Park! 

Alicia is also passionate about her wide-ranging work with young people - mentoring, counselling, coaching foundations and skills for significant living and strong family relationships.
